Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- Unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Beauty and personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods, custom or personalized orders, and hazardous materials
How to Start a Return
Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address listed on your package — that is a fulfillment hub and cannot process your return.
To initiate a return, email us at support@dailytrendivy.store with your order number and reason for return within 14-days. We will respond within 2-3 business days. Once approved, we will provide you with the correct U.S. return warehouse address and a return authorization. Please do not ship anything back without this confirmation — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dailytrendivy.store with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once our U.S. warehouse receives and approves your return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't seen a refund, please contact us at support@dailytrendivy.store.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
