ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including your tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods such as holidays, promotional events, or sales.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to be updated by the carrier. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Trendivy ships internationally. Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for information on applicable charges before placing your order.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Trendivy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@dailytrendivy.store. We will do our best to make corrections, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
LOST, STOLEN OR MISSING ORDERS
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe locations around your property. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@dailytrendivy.store and we will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.
DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dailytrendivy.store with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
